    Organic & Biodynamic certified 100% Shiraz from the Mountain Blue vineyard in Mudgee. Stored in American oak casks for 2 years prior to bottling, it’s an excellent Shiraz for the next 5 years. Strong, bold body finishing with some tannin and oak, easily paired with food or on its own on a cool autumn evening. We’ve put this in a magnum bottle so you can keep one (or so) in the cellar for a special occasion, or any night you feel like cracking open the 1.5L bottle!
