    Our 2019 Dragonfly Red comes as an organic & biodynamic field blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon. Blends evolve over the years in a very different way than a single variety does over time. The 3 varieties interact with each other, then quite quickly evolve as a complex unit. This year it’s spice with a hint of mint; an everyday go-to for pizza or lamb chops.
