    Description

    A tropical new blend showcasing the complexity of the 2022 vintage. This years field blend is different to the ones you've had previously, rather than basing the wine on Semillon, we've created a delicate balance of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Savagnin & Vermentino - all from the Central Ranges (Orange) so the cool climate acidity has kept it dry. This combination of varieties has allowed for depth of flavour amongst a wet vintage and kept it a true reflection of the terroir they are from. Soft & dry, this is delicious served as an aperitif while admiring the new season bud-bursts, or with light foods.

    Jack Brown Residency at The Zin House

    This April & May, Ex-Printhie Head Chef, Jack Brown, is joining us at Zin for a two-month residency.

    Working closely with Nathan Lovett of Naway Yila Buradja, this partnership will celebrate native ingredients including those from our Tinja Farm, whilst allowing Jack to tell stories through his cooking as a First Nations chef.
