    Jodie is our party going, crowd pleasing favourite. Made method Charmat, she’s all about that vibrant pink colour, lively bubbles and a soft, creamy flavour. Aroma of Jube lolly, with some sugar on the palate, but the bubbles keep everything balanced and bright. Best to keep one cold for every occasion.

    Jack Brown Residency at The Zin House

    This April & May, Ex-Printhie Head Chef, Jack Brown, is joining us at Zin for a two-month residency.

    Working closely with Nathan Lovett of Naway Yila Buradja, this partnership will celebrate native ingredients including those from our Tinja Farm, whilst allowing Jack to tell stories through his cooking as a First Nations chef.
