See & taste where the magic happens

The Lowe Cellar Door lies within our working winery on the Tinja property, and enjoys spectacular views across the vineyards to the surrounding Mudgee hills.

A visit is the best way for you to explore our range of wines, learn their stories and make the most of the organic & biodynamic vineyard. Enjoy one of our personal wine tasting experiences, nibble on a regional platter or take a stroll around the farm, it’s all part of the experience here at Lowe Family Wine Co.

Our Cellar Door is open daily between 10am – 5pm, with bookings essential for all for wine tastings and picnicking options. More details and bookings can be found below.

Our Tasting Experiences

All our Tasting Experiences are conducted on the terrace at Lowe Cellar Door, overlooking the vineyards and farm, or inside the working winery & cellar door when weather requires.

The experiences include an allocated booking time and reserved seating to enjoy your personalised tasting by a cellar door team member – including tasting notes of each wine, details about how we make them, the stories that go alongside and time to answer all your questions. Tastings also include a small tasting board of house-made nibbles to cleanse your palate during the tasting.

Those wishing to savour a platter from our Cellar Kitchen can do so during their booking time, or are welcome to recline on the lawns to enjoy a picnic hamper following. We also encourage you to explore our organic & biodynamic Tinja farm with a stroll through the gardens & vineyards, or a visit to our many friendly animals.

Our tasting costs are based on the value of the experiences, including the tasting of different wine ranges and the time of our team to take you through individually at a reserved seated table. It is not refundable with wine purchase.
