WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN OUR CELLAR KITCHEN
Alongside a number of regional products, you will find salads, herbs, vegetables and fruit grown in our own organic & biodynamic gardens and farm. In peak harvest times we pickle and preserve the seasons produce for our range of sauces, jams and condiments.
Our Cellar Kitchen also features a charcuterie bar, with a wide range of products all made in-house by Zin’s Charcutier, Arnaldo Colaiacomo.
Cheeses include those made-to-order from High Valley Mudgee, depending on the season, this might be fig leaf, truffle or grape marc. This is supplemented by Zin’s own cheesemaking and Australian artisan plant based cheeses.
Our town-based bakery & patisserie, Althea by Zin, supplies organic sourdough breads and pastries to round out the perfect picnic experience.
We happily cater for a number of dietaries including plant based & gluten free – please note these requirements and any allergies in the booking notes if pre-ordering.
