Tinja is our home – the certified organic & biodynamic farm is the epicentre of all operations at Lowe Family Wine Co. It’s the soil from which we grow our grapes & vegetables, it’s the grounds in which we invite you to wander, it’s the history that underpins each of the stories, and it’s the space we welcome you to experience in each of our venues.

Spring menu at Zin

The menu at Zin always starts with what we grow, as it is the garden that inspires what we cook, and when.

 

It’s spring time, so we’ve got an abundance of sugar snap peas, broad beans, radishes, beets, carrots, greens and garlic – just to name a few.

 

The menu changes with availability and season, however you can find an example menu below.
