Description

Organically grown Shiraz from Mudgee, partially crushed and left in stainless steel tanks for 10 days before bottling. No added preservatives - just a small amount of Co2 for protection. Deep purple in colour, with aromas of cranberries underscored by liquorice. Viscous, juicy mouthfeel due to the lack of tannin. Serve cool to cold.
