Description

From Block 9 in front of the zin house harvested on 24th March 2023. We make this style with a soft touch to avoid heaviness and extraction. Scented with a prune aroma and light oak maturation the flavour ends up plush, sustained and grapey. Like its style cousin grenache its a fine drink anytime with loads of flavour and potential until at least 2030.
