Description

Christmas in a bottle; rum, raisin and nutmeg. Made méthode traditionnelle, fermented on lees for four years, colour is brick red with a palate of fine mousse. Finishing dry but devoid of tannin, serve super cold for a refreshing summer drop. Pairs well with glazed ham, curries, anything grilled or just on it's own.
