Cabernet Franc

Cabernet Franc

2022 Cabernet Franc

Orange, New South Wales

$45

    Description

Cabernet Franc sets the benchmark for great red wine in Orange, where this fruit was grown. It's a touch stronger in flavour and body than a Pinot Noir, yet devoid of the harsh tannins you'd find in the bigger-bodied Cabernet Sauvignons. Stored in 2 new French oak puncheons for a year and bottled early; it’s a lovely alternative to a strong heavy red. A great wine to accompany pizza or grilled vegetables.

    Wine Details

    • Region Orange, New South Wales
    • Vintage 2022
    • Type Red Wine
    • Variety Cabernet Franc
    • Vegan Friendly
