Description

Old-vine fruit from Stoney Creek & Thumbprint vineyards in Mudgee, harvested in the sublime 2023 vintage. Fermented and stored for 8 months in new, 1 & 2 year old French oak barriques, currently pronounced, this oak will integrate in time. Aroma is of burnt match and almond, with a dry, medium bodied palate and fresh acidity. Serve cool now, or mature until 2028.
