Merlot

Organic & biodynamic merlot grapes harvest from block 2 & 6 of our home 'Tinja' vineyard in Mudgee. This wine is medium bodied with soft lingering tannin and mild acidity. Colour is cherry red, flavour full of cinnamon spice and light oak, and aroma is of fresh strawberry. Enjoy now as is, slightly chilled on a warm day, or keep to improve up until 2027.
