The menu at Zin always starts with what we grow, as it is the garden that inspires what we cook, and when.
Head chef Nathaniel and his team work hand in hand with head gardener Carola Kay to develop and prepare food that is not only delicious, but reflects the whole cycle – what we grow, how we grow it and the impact it has.
The set menu allows us to curate this food journey at it’s best, which is why that is what we do solely.
The courses are then matched with wines that lift the whole experience. Taking into account each of the delicate flavours, David’s wine matches come tempered by decades of experience.
